1st Day of School at TICA

The kids finally started school on Thursday. I will admit I was excited, thinking my life would be a little less crazy. Well, I was wrong. Jacie threw me a loop and surprised me by not leaving my side for a minute of the day. I didn't realize how much the other 3 entertained her and since they've started, she's been very needy. Nevertheless, I love the new school building and the kids really like their teachers. It's great to have the school so close!

Jacie's 2nd Birthday!

My little baby turned two on July 19th. I can't imagine life without her, she is truly the highlight of our family. The kids are always trying to get her attention so she'll play with them and her giggles and smile brightne up our days.

The Zoo!

How can you not love the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo? We renewed our membership this summer and I've tried to take the kids a few times. Jacie and Devin absolutely love it. Hallie gets bored pretty easy and Tyson just thinks he's too old. This time we took Ethan and Jaron Narayan with us and all the kids had a great time. They huddled next to the cool water misters, fed the giraffes, and even got pooped on by the birds at the Budgie Buddies exhibit.
